Project Overview

In 2025, Crystal Consult Group undertook telecommunications site audit work associated with ATC Uganda and Airtel Uganda. Site audits are an important part of managing telecommunications infrastructure, helping operators assess site conditions, verify relevant installation details and identify issues requiring technical attention.

Scope of Work
