Project Overview

Crystal Consult Group undertook the ATC Uganda BTS Aswa Project in 2025 as part of its telecommunications infrastructure engineering work. The project reflects the company’s involvement in supporting the deployment and development of infrastructure required for reliable mobile network connectivity.

Base Transceiver Station (BTS) infrastructure is an essential component of mobile telecommunications networks, providing the physical infrastructure needed to support radio communication between mobile devices and the wider network.

Scope of Work

The project falls within Crystal Consult Group’s telecommunications engineering capabilities, which include BTS infrastructure deployment, site implementation, installation support, technical coordination and commissioning-related activities, according to the agreed project scope.

Such work requires coordination between site requirements, telecommunications equipment, supporting infrastructure and applicable technical specifications to ensure that installations are suitable for their intended operational purpose.
